Episcopal Operations Executive Assistant
The Episcopal Operations Executive Assistant serves as a strategic and trusted partner to the Global Methodist Church's Assembly of Bishops, providing comprehensive, high-level support to the Assembly. The Executive Assistant ensures that operational, logistical, and communication priorities are executed with excellence, confidentiality, and Christ-centered servant leadership.
Minimum qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally within a non-profit or church setting.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Competency in managing requests from multiple directions and prioritizing tasks.

Ability to safeguard confidential information with the highest level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of the Global Methodist Church.

Demonstrates humility, initiative, and a commitment to fostering unity within the Church
